MOTORCYCLE HELMETSMotorcycle helmets are required in some states and not in other states. Really, it is up to the rider whether or not he feels his life is important enough to wear a helmet. Sure a good helmet can be expensive. It also blocks the wind in your hair and some of your view. A helmet also keeps dirt and debris out of your hair, your eyes and your face.
A really good DOT (approved by the Department of Transportation) is something you should consider, especially if you're a father, a mother, someone that another person loves and wants to see around for a very long time. Consider what situation your loved ones will be in should you be killed in a motorcycle accident and by wearing a DOT motorcycle helmet, your life might have been saved.
There are some very artistically designed motorcycle helmets here and a good many to choose from that are not near as expensive as a casket, let alone a funeral.
Remember, God Loves You and if you're ready to see him, you might get to do just that if you continue to leave off wearing a DOT helmet while riding your motorcycle.
