Refund
Policy
Returns and exchanges should be made within 30 days of receipt of the
item. Please return an item as soon as you decide that you are unhappy
with it. Items in new condition may be returned within 7
days. We understand that it can sometimes be
difficult to return a
gift within 30 days; however, there is a
restocking fee of 15% of the total cost.
We will refund the full
amount on any returned item minus the shipping fee and minus
the restocking fee. There will be no refund or exchange on
any damaged or abused item, unless you give us notice within 5 days of
delivery that an item was damaged upon delivery.You must also report damaged goods
to UPS, as all shipments are insured.However, once you put pins in an
item, it is yours. This means that if you send an item to us with pin
holes in it, we will send it back to you and you will not receive a
refund. Just hold off on the pins, patches and embroidery until you are
sure you want to keep the item.
If
you do choose to return or
exchange an item, please include a completed copy of the Shipping
Confirmation with each item and a RA (Return Authorization number) on
the outside of the box. All returns should be sent UPS ground or
another courier that includes tracking.

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping for
orders over $150. Flat Shipping fee of $9.50 for all orders
under $150.
NOTE: Due to
weight and size, $5-$10 ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY. Our
flat shipping fee is still only $9.50; however, anything over this that
we must pay for shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Orders accepted for Continental United States.
Orders are usually shipped by UPS and are out within 4-5
business days.
Holidays and week-ends - No shipments.
NOTE:
Orders
are filled depending on availability of product. If you do
not
receive your order within 5 business days, then it is the buyer's
responsibility to contact us so that we may follow up on the order.
If you don't let us know, then we do not know
there is a problem.
